I am pleased to confirm that I now have 2 additional Bernard cylinder and bottom blade grinding machines.

These machines are renowned across the world as being the market leader for speed and accuracy when it comes to regrinding cylinder and bottom blades.

The Express Dual 3000 is capable of grinding any cylinder currently on the market as well as most older machines too. This addition to my workshop has sped up production thanks to the in-situ grinding abilities and has enabled me to widen the range of machines I can take on.

The Anglemaster 3000 is a high precision bottom blade grinder with digital angle finding facility to ensure blades are ground to the correct specifications. It also uses a flood coolant system to keep blades cool while grinding and prevent heat distortion. I am also now able to grind hardened blades for example Edgemax blades which previously I was unable to do.
Regardless of your application keeping your cylinder mower adjusted correctly and in good order is essential to achieve the high quality of cut they are capable of providing. A sharp and well adjusted cylinder also gives a huge improvement to playing surfaces. I offer a full range of services to ensure you are never left with a sub standard quality of cut.
Regular servicing is essential to ensure your machine is in good working order.
I can service and sharpen any walk behind cylinder mower up to 36".
I also offer a cutting unit overhaul service for almost any cutting units.
Emergency regrind service in case of damage also available.

I also offer a simple sharpening service for customers who do their own servicing but do not have the facilities to sharpen cylinders and bottom blades. My standard sharpening rates are
£2 per inch for cylinders
£1.00 per inch for bottom blades
